Edward “Weary” Dunlop was a young surgeon whose courage and compassion became legendary during World War II. From standing in front of Japanese bayonets to protect his patients, to risking his own life on the brutal Thai-Burma Railway, Weary’s leadership and ingenuity saved countless fellow prisoners-of-war. His name is now synonymous with courage, compassion and resilience.

Peter will hold a Q&A session and book signing after the event.
